Vice-President

Supports the President and assumes their duties when absent. Helps with strategic planning and coordination of foundation activities.

Rachel Latimer

Secretary

Keeps official records of the organization including meeting minutes, bylaws, and board resolutions. Ensures compliance with filing requirements and maintains accurate documentation.

Liam Walsh

Treasurer

Oversees the financial management of the foundation. Prepares financial reports, monitors budgets, and works with the board to ensure responsible use of funds.

Grace Latimer

Director of Communications / Social Media

Manages the foundation's public image and social media presence. Ensures regular updates, shares stories, and builds community engagement.

Andrew Mitton

Scholarship Committee Chair

Leads the scholarship selection process, oversees application review, and ensures awards are distributed fairly and transparently.

Greg Shannon

Director of Fundraising and Development

Develops fundraising strategies, builds relationships with donors, and oversees campaigns to secure resources for the foundation's programs.

Noah Brunt

Director-at-Large / Governance

Provides broad support to the board, participates in decision-making, and ensures strong governance practices. Acts as a flexible role to assist with projects as needed.
