The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Noah Latimer Foundation

The members of the board will focus on the high-level strategy, oversight, and accountability of the organization
The Directors are the fiduciaries who steer the Foundation towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the Foundation has adequate resources to advance its primary goals.
The Board will consist of a minimum of six members including three Directors and three Student Advisors with a minimum term of 3 years.
The Board will meet a minimum of 4 times throughout the year with all members in attendance to make decisions and ensure the organization is on track.
The Board of Directors of the Noah Latimer Foundation will be nominated and finalized by November 30, 2024.
